2. Description of Service
TriageCRM is a cloud-based customer relationship management platform that provides lead triage, contact management, and team collaboration tools. The service is provided by SmartConnect Pros.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use TriageCRM only for lawful purposes. You may not use the service to store or transmit illegal content, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with the service's operation.
5. Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you enter into TriageCRM. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service.
6. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss.
7. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted per our data retention policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmartConnect Pros shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of TriageCRM.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
